Dr. Cook practices general pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been caring for children in Allen and Collin County since establishing Raintree Pediatrics over two decades.
He’s on staff at Texas Health Presbyterian, where he served as chairman of the hospital board in the past.
He’s active in the Allen community and supports local events. Dr. Cook enjoys spending time with his wife and cycling.

Michele Dahl, RN, MS, CPNP
Michele has been a pediatric nurse since 1993, having worked 10 years at Medical City Dallas's pediatric wing and was part of the opening staff at the Pediatric Surgery Center in Plano before moving to primary pediatric care in 2005.
Michele is very involved in her church and volunteers in the community.
Michele has three grown daughters - Emily, Alyssa, and Lily. She also has two dogs named Ginger and Lucy.

Amber has been practicing general pediatrics and caring for children in Allen for over two decades. She has been with Dr. Cook since Raintree Pediatrics was established in 2004.
Prior to that, she worked in Asthma and Allergy for a year in Houston before shifting her focus to her true love - pediatrics.
Amber was born in Temple.
She cherishes long-lasting relationships with her patients and families. Outside of work, Amber loves to spend time with her husband, Dan and their four dogs Snickers, Skittles, Oreo and Tuff! Amber is also the proud mother of a wonderful girl named Juliana.
